libcdd-dev software package provides Library for finding vertices of convex polytopes, development, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libcdd-dev
libcdd-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libcdd-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libcdd-dev *
You will get with libcdd-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
